Join Senior Level Kripalu Yoga teacher, Stacy Ackerman, for an hour of divine relaxation. We will gently stretch and learn the optimal way to breathe, followed by a long relaxation called Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) when, though awake & aware, you relax so deeply that your body is rejuvenated and home sleep is improved. Comfort is especially important so please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a blanket, 2 cushions, and yoga or exercise mat (or another blanket). Eat lightly or wait until after the session to eat. A consent form will be distributed for signature to participants.
