Police Chief Dispels Disturbing Rumor

The Randolph Township Police Department has become aware of a rumor originating on social media sites and circulating around town about a body or bodies having been discovered in the Hedden Park area on September 21, 2011.
The Randolph Police would like to assure all of our residents that this is not true.
There was a large police presence in the area on that date in the early afternoon as a result of a foot pursuit involving a suspect wanted for burglarizing a residence on Jennifern Avenue. The actor was eventually apprehended and there is no danger to any area residents at this time.
