Free Osteoporosis Exercise Class

Project Healthy Bones (PHB) is a 24-week, weight-bearing exercise and educational program for older adults who have osteoporosis or are at risk of developing the condition. PHB exercises target the body’s larger muscle groups to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
An orientation for new participants will be held Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the Randolph Township Community Center (30 Calais Road). The program will then meet weekly for 1.5 hours per session at the center, beginning October 19, 2017.
