Shredded wood mulch and leaf mulch are available to residents April-September. You may help yourself (free) to these items at the Recycling Center or place an order for delivery to your residence.
There is a delivery charge of $80.00 per truckload for shredded wood mulch and $100.00 for leaf mulch. Each load is approximately 6-8 cubic yards.
If you would like to have mulch delivered to your residence, you may place your order in one of three ways (Note: payment is required at time of order):
- In Person:
Place and pay for your order at the Engineering Department, located at Town Hall.
- By Mail:
Send your check to the Engineering Department, Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Ave., Randolph, NJ 07869. Make checks payable to the Township of Randolph. Please indicate your address, telephone number, mulch-type preference and the number of loads you want.
Residents may place their mulch order online and charge it to a MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card. Currently, Randolph’s process for accepting online payments is handled through the Parks & Recreation Department’s online registration program. Although it may seem somewhat strange to order mulch this way, rest assured, your order and payment will be processed in the identical manner in which it would be if placed in person or by mail.

Each household will be limited to 4 deliveries per calendar year. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and deliveries are made the second week of each month.
