The data collection and valuation phase of the revaluation has been completed. In mid-November 2016, all property owners will be notified via first class mail of their proposed assessed value to be utilized for the 2017 tax year.
An informal meeting will be available for those property owners who have questions or concerns about the preliminary assessment of their property.
In order to accommodate Randolph taxpayers, Appraisal Systems Inc. has arranged to conduct these meetings mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends at a location within the township. These meetings are anticipated to begin in mid-November and conclude by December 22, 2016.
Please refer to the value notification letter for instructions on how to schedule an appointment with the firm, if so desired. If you do not have questions or concerns about your assessed value, there is no need to schedule an appointment.
