Planning Board
The Planning Board hears subdivision and site plan applications that are generally in accordance with the township’s land development regulations.
Plans for the upcoming year include the continued review of referrals of ordinance and zoning map changes from the township council in furtherance of the 2006 Master Plan and the creation of an illustrative design code for character areas identified in the Master Plan.
The board is made up of six appointed members, the mayor or his designee, a member of the council and one official member who is not a member of the council. Appointed members serve 4-year staggered terms; the remaining members each serve one year.

The Planning Board holds its regularly scheduled meetings on the first and third Monday of each month. Meetings begin at 8:00 p.m. and are held at Town Hall, 502 Millbrook Avenue in Randolph.
