Immunization Program
The Randolph Township Health Department’s Adolescent and Adult Immunization Program is now available to all residents. A public immunization clinic will be held on the following date (appointments are necessary):
- August 7, 2008, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Town Hall, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph
Given the recent changes in New Jersey school immunization requirements which mandate Tdap and Meningococcal immunizations for all students born on or after January 1, 1997 and entering the sixth grade, this program comes at an important time.
Children under the age of 18 may be eligible for free vaccines under the federally funded Vaccines for Children (VFC) program which provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. Children with Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, NJ FamilyCare Plans, Native American, Alaskan Native, or who are uninsured are eligible. The public health nurses can assist you with a confidential assessment for eligibility at 973.537.7118 or .
Below you will find the list of vaccines available and their cost followed by a link to a downloadable registration form. Pre-registration is required by all participants; pre-payment is required for all those not eligible for VFC. Only pre-paid vaccine will be ordered. Payment must be received by July 31, 2008 for the above clinic.
