  • Passengers are asked to be ready at least one hour before their scheduled transportation appointment.

  • Passengers are advised to bring a light snack or drink with them in the event they must wait for return transportation.
  • There is no eating, drinking or smoking on the buses or in the car.
  • It is the responsibility of the passenger, family member or contact person to notify the office if an appointment is cancelled or changed. This should be done immediately after cancelling an appointment.
  • To ensure transportation is available, passengers are encouraged to contact the office as soon as they have a scheduled a medical appointment. No transportation arrangements can be made with the driver. All transportation arrangements must be made through the office by calling 973.989.7084.

  • Passengers who “will call” if they want to be picked up for shopping are asked to call the day before if they would like to go. If they must call the day of the trip, they must call no later than 8:45 a.m. Nutrition participants must call by 10 a.m. Tuesday.
  • Passengers needing to stop at banks or the post office are asked to let the driver know when they enter the bus. Stops will only be made at those banks which are on the way to the designated shopping center for that day. No stops will be made on the return trip.
  • Three (3) grocery bags or what you can carry in one trip are permitted per person. No personal shopping carts are allowed on the bus.
