SeeClickFix
The Township of Randolph has implemented a new citizen request management platform known as SeeClickFix. Through this platform, residents can report non-emergency concerns that will be directly routed to township departments for review.
To report an issue, residents can use the SeeClickFix portal below or download the SeeClickFix app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The process is intuitive and user-friendly; simply select the category of concern, identify the location, and provide any additional details, photos and descriptions. Once submitted, the appropriate township department will receive the submitted information and communicate their progress back to the requestor.
Important Note:
Concerns reported through SeeClickFix are evaluated during regular business hours; the platform is not monitored 24/7. For emergencies, call 911. If you have an urgent non-emergency concern, the Randolph Police Department can be reached at 973-989-7000.
Creating Your Account:
Users will need to create a log-in if using the SeeClickFix for the first time. Once you have submitted a request, you will receive updates on the progress via email.
