It is important to know that the Township prohibits any excavation of newly repaved streets for a five (5) year time frame.  Accordingly, if you are contemplating a tie-in to any underground utilities or sump pumps to the storm drain, you must act immediately.  Additionally, if water is discharged from your property to the road, you must take corrective action and discharge this water to a township storm basin. If for any reason you need to open the road you will be required to pay a surcharge plus the road opening fee. Should you have any questions regarding the paving, please contact the Engineering Department at 973-989-7069.

Your garbage and/or recycling may be impacted by the paving of your street.  Blue Diamond will make every effort to pick up so you MUST have your garbage and/or recycling out the night before your scheduled day and Blue Diamond will go through your street before the milling and paving begins.

Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconveniences that may be experienced during the project and please remember that this is a tentative schedule and is subject to change.  We will do our best to complete the paving in a timely manner.
