Township of Randolph
Accessibility Information
The Randolph Township website has been designed to be fully accessible to all users regardless of technological or physical disability. This page outlines the specific features and initiatives which have been implemented to facilitate access.
If you experience accessibility issues and need assistance or if you use assistive technology and the format of any content on this website interferes with your ability to access the information, please contact the website developer at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this e-mail address). I will get you the information you are seeking in a format that is accessible and I will work to make the web content you found problematic accessible going forward.
Skip Link
A “Skip to main content” link is available at the top of every web page. This allows users with mobility impairments and those who use screen reader software to go directly to the main content of a web page without having to deal with repetitive navigation links.
The “Skip to main content” link is hidden from visual browsers and is accessed through the keyboard. Upon landing on a web page, use your keyboard and press the TAB key. This should make the previously hidden “Skip to main content” link appear at the top of the browser window. Users of Explorer may need to tab several times before the link becomes visible. Once the link is visible, simply hit your ENTER key to activate the link. Safari users must first go into preferences and under the advanced tab, check the box next to “Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage.”
Page Zoom (Magnification) and Text Sizing Options
Generally speaking, there are two ways to magnify the contents of a web page—you can increase the size of the text or you can zoom the entire page layout. While either method will make it easier to read our content, when you increase the size of the text, graphics and images within the page remain unchanged. On the other hand, page zoom resizes all elements of the page, not just text. Instructions for invoking this functionality in each of the major browsers are provided below.
