An ordinance of the Township of Randolph appropriating $770,000 from the capital improvement fund for 2015 water/sewer capital improvements
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1. The funding for various 2015 Water/Sewer Capital Improvements is hereby authorized not to exceed $770,000 for the following purpose(s):

| Infiltration and Inflow (Sanitary Sewer) | $250,000 |
| Purchase Two Utility Pickups and Excavator | $130,000 |
| Hydrant Replacement/Installation Program | $40,000 |
| Water System Improvements - PRV/Valve Meters | $50,000 |
| TOTAL | $770,000 |
SECTION 2. A total sum of $770,000 is authorized to complete these improvements including $770,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund pending the adoption of the 2015 Budget.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 07-15
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH APPROPRIATING $770,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR 2015 WATER/SEWER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on April 16, 2015 and was introduced, read by title, and passed on first reading. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at the regular meeting to be held on April 30, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Municipal Building in said Township located at 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at which time and place a public hearing thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the said Ordinance is to provide funding for various 2015 Water/Sewer Capital Improvements:
