An ordinance of the Township of Randolph appropriating $945,000 from the capital improvement fund for the 2015 road overlay program

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:

SECTION 1. The funding for various 2015 Capital Improvements is hereby authorized not to exceed $945,000, including, but not limited to, the following purpose:

Project
Dogwood Trail - Hilltop-Concord
Morris Turnpike - Sussex to Calais
Hickory Place - Entire Length
Roc Etam - Openaki to Old Wood
Indian Trail - Radtke to Glen Road
Longview - Melanie La to Overlook Avenue
Laurel Hill Drive - Entire Length
Aspen Drive - Entire Length
Olde York Road - Pleasant Hill to Revere Court
Huntington - Entire Length
Prince Henry Drive - Bedminster to Merrimac
Sandra Lane - Entire Length
Woodruff Court - Entire Length
Oakwood Road - Entire Length
Quaker Church - Sections 1 & 2
Park Avenue - Sections 1, 2, 3 & 4
Franklin Road - Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Calais Road - Section 1
TOTAL $945,000

SECTION 2. A total sum of $945,000 is authorized to complete these improvements including $945,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-15

Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH APPROPRIATING $945,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE 2015 ROAD OVERLAY PROGRAM,” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on April 30, 2015 and was introduced, read by title and passed on first reading. A Statement of Purpose of the Ordinance is contained below. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on May 21, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be hard thereon by the Governing body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.

Statement of Purpose of Ordinance

The purpose of the above Ordinance is to fund various Capital Improvements:

A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
