An ordinance of the Township of Randolph providing for various 2013 capital improvements appropriating $1,107,000, therefore, including $907,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund and $200,000 due from the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1. The funding for the various 2013 Capital Improvements are hereby authorized not to exceed $1,107,000 for the following purpose:

| 2013 Road Program: Grist Mill Road–Entire Length, Robin Drive–Entire Length, Sparrow Road–Entire Length, Glenmore Place–Entire Length, East Elizabeth Drive–Entire Length, West Elizabeth Drive–Entire Length, Forrest Hill Drive–Entire Length, Tammy Hill Road–Black Birch Drive to #28/30, Black Birch Drive and Rustic Ridge–Pinnacale Point to Horizon Court, Bedminster Road–Randolph Avenue to New Section, East Logan Road–Deneb Road to #27 (One Side), Radtke Road and any Municipal Owned Lots to be determined and including all work and materials necessary therefore or incidental thereto. | $825,000 |

SECTION 2. A total sum of $1,107,000 is authorized to complete the improvements including $907,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund; $200,000 due from the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 11-13
Notice is hereby given that a Bond Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS APPROPRIATING $1,107,000, THEREFORE, INCLUDING $907,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND $200,000 DUE FROM THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on May 2, 2013 and was introduced, read by title and passed on first reading. A Statement of Purpose of the Ordinance is contained below.
The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Bond Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on June 6, 2013 at 7 p.m. prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be heard thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the above Bond Ordinance is to provide for various 2013 Capital Improvements including road resurfacing. A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
