An Ordinance of the Township of Randolph Appropriating $851,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for Various 2021 Capital Improvements
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1. The funding for various 2021 Capital Improvements is hereby authorized not to exceed $851,000 for the following purpose(s):

SECTION 2. A total sum of $851,000 is authorized to complete these improvements including $851,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 11-21
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH APPROPRIATING $851,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR VARIOUS 2021 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on April 22, 2021 and was introduced, read by title, and passed on first reading. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at regular meeting to be held virtually via Zoom on May 6, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Municipal Building in said Township located at 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at which time and place a public hearing thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the said Ordinance is to provide funding for various 2021 Capital Improvements for the Rescue Squad, Police Department, Parks and Recreation Department, Fire Department and improvements to municipally owned properties.
A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, at no cost, at the Randolph Township Municipal Building, Office of the Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
