An ordinance of the Township of Randolph providing for various 2013 capital improvements appropriating $965,000 from the capital improvement fund
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1. The funding for the various 2013 Capital Improvements are hereby authorized not to exceed $965,000 for the following purpose:

| Replace Water Line—County College of Morris | $35,000 |
| Installation of Water Meter—Mendham Service Area | $40,000 |
| Knights Bridge Pump Station Upgrades | $500,000 |
| Sewer Jet Vac Truck | $150,000 |
| Water/Sewer Utility Truck | $85,000 |
| Water Master Plan | $30,000 |
| TOTAL | $965,000 |
SECTION 2. A total sum of $965,000 for said improvements is hereby appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 14-13
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS APPROPRIATING $965,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on June 6, 2013 and was introduced, read by title and passed on first reading. A Statement of Purpose of the Ordinance is contained below. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on June 27, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be heard thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the above Ordinance is to fund various 2013 Capital Improvements:
Storm Water Outfall Repairs
Replace Water Line—County College of Morris
Installation of Water Meter—Mendham Service Area
Knights Bridge Pump Station Upgrades
Sewer Jet Vac Truck
Water/Sewer Utility Truck
Water Master Plan
A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
