An ordinance of the Township of Randolph appropriating $170,000 for milling and resurfacing Quaker Church Road, therefore, including $170,000 in funding from the state of New Jersey Department of Transportation
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 12-13, which was introduced and adopted in 2013 and modified by Ordinance 18-14 which was introduced on May 22, 2014, appropriates $225,000 for milling and resurfacing Quaker Church Road.
SECTION 2. Additional funding for this project is available from the New Jersey Department of Transportation’s FY 2013 Municipal Aid Program in the amount of $170,000.
SECTION 3. Funding from the New Jersey Department of Transportation is hereby authorized not to exceed $170,000 for the following project:

SECTION 4. A total sum of $170,000 is authorized to complete these improvements including $170,000 due from the State of New Jersey.
SECTION 5. The combined amount of $225,000 from Ordinance 12-13 as well as $170,000 from this Ordinance results in a total of $395,000 available for the Quaker Church Road project.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 19-14
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH APPROPRIATING $170,000 FOR MILLING AND RESURFACING QUAKER CHURCH ROAD, THEREFORE, INCLUDING $170,000 IN FUNDING FROM THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on May 22, 2014 and was introduced, read by title and passed on first reading. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on June 12, 2014 at 7 p.m. prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be heard thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the above Ordinance is to provide funding for the milling and resurfacing of Quaker Church Road.
A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
