An ordinance re-appropriating $23,469.88 in funds not needed for their original purposes in order to provide for other purposes in and by the Township of Randolph
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby determined that $23,469.88 of unexpended funds originally made available in Capital Ordinance No. 11-10 ($12,279.16) finally adopted July 1, 2010 and Capital Ordinance No. 12-12 ($11,190.72) finally adopted on June 7, 2012 by the Township of Randolph, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey (the “Township”), are no longer necessary for the their original purposes and are hereby re-appropriated to provide for the purchase of Variable Message Signs by the Police Department.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 10 days after the first publication thereof after final adoption.
The foregoing is a true copy of an ordinance introduced and adopted on first reading by the governing body of the Township of Randolph on September 1, 2016.

ORDINANCE NO. 23-16
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled, “Ordinance Re-Appropriating $23,469.88In Funds Not Needed For Their Original Purposes In Order to Provide For Other Purposes In And By The Township of Randolph,” was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on September 1, 2016 and was introduced, read by title, and passed on first reading. A Statement of Purpose of the Ordinance is contained below. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on September 15, 2016 at 7 p.m. prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be heard thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the above Ordinance is to re-appropriate funds for the their original purposes to provide for the purchase of Variable Message Signs by the Police Department
A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
