An Ordinance of the Township of Randolph Amending Capital Ordinances No. 07-17, 12-19, and 07-20 for the Purpose of Re-Appropriating the Funds for the Emergency Repair of the Meadowbrook Pump Station in the Township of Randolph
WHEREAS, capital ordinance No. 07-17 was introduced and adopted during 2017, capital ordinance No. 12-19 was introduced and adopted during 2019 while ordinance No. 07-20 was introduced and adopted during 2020; and
WHEREAS, ordinance No. 07-17 includes an authorization for improvements to the Butterworth Interceptor project while ordinances No. 12-19 and No. 07-20 include an authorization to improve pump station(s) on Dogwood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the purpose of these aforementioned ordinances to include improvements to the Meadowbrook pump station(s); and
WHEREAS, there will be no change to the amounts originally authorized for these aforementioned ordinances:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey that ordinances No. 07-17, No. 12-19 and No. 07-20 be amended to include improvements to the Meadowbrook pumps station(s); and
BE IT FURTHUR RESOLVED, that this ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

ORDINANCE NO. 29-21
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH AMENDING CAPITAL ORDINANCES No. 07-17, No. 12-19 and No. 07-20” was submitted in writing at a special meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on August 17, 2021 and was introduced, read by title and passed on first reading. A Statement of Purpose of the Ordinance is contained below. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on September 9, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be heard thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Ordinance Nos. 07-19, 12-19 and 07-20 to include the emergency repair of the Meadowbrook Pump Station. A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
