An Ordinance of the Township of Randolph Appropriating $10,000 from the Water Capital Improvement Fund and $30,000 from the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund for Additional Capital Needed to Purchase a Dump Truck Body and Equipment to Complete the Build of a Dump Truck for the Water and Sewer Department

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:

SECTION 1. The funding for the dump truck body and equipment to complete the build of a dump truck for the Water and Sewer Department is hereby authorized to not to exceed $40,000. The total sum authorized includes $10,000 from the Water Capital Improvement Fund and $30,000 from the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund to complete the build of the dump truck.

SECTION 2. The capital budget of the Township is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance to the extent of any inconsistency herewith.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect 10 days after the first publication thereof after final adoption.
