A. OPENING OF SPECIAL MEETING

1. Call to Order

A special meeting of the Randolph Township Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Deputy Mayor Hirniak. This meeting is held pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act. Adequate notice of the meeting has been provided by posting written notice of the time, date, location, and to the extent known, the agenda of the meeting in Randolph Township. This notice was posted on the bulletin board within Town Hall, it was filed with the Township Clerk, and it was provided to those persons or entities requesting notification. Notice was also provided to the Morris County Daily Record on June 25, 2015 by e-mailing them the Special Meeting Date and was advertised in the Morris County Daily Record on June 29, 2015.

Seeing no one from the public, the public portion was closed.

C. MANAGER’S REPORT

Manager Mountain had nothing to report.

D. COMBINED ACTION RESOLUTIONS

Councilman Guadagno asked how many of the liquor licenses were outstanding. Donna Luciani stated that three were outstanding, Skyhill, and two pocket licenses for Grecco.

Councilman Guadagno made a motion to approve the Combined Action Resolutions. Councilman Loveys seconded the motion, and the following roll call vote was taken:

BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Randolph, Morris County, New Jersey, that the following applications for renewal of alcoholic beverage licenses for the respective premises hereinafter designated, for the 2015-2016 season commencing July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016 be and the same are hereby granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Township Clerk be and is hereby ordered and directed to sign and issue said licenses in the name of the Township of Randolph and to deliver the same to the licensee when receipt is signed by the licensee or the authorized agent to the licensee.

E. UPCOMING EVENTS

  1. Freedom Festival at CCM—July 2nd to July 4th; parade at noon on July 3rd and fireworks that evening.
  2. Council Meeting on July 9th will begin at 5:00 p.m.
