- January 15 – Voter Registration Deadline
- January 29 – Last Day to apply for a Mail-In Ballot by Mail
Applications must be received by the County Clerk’s Office no later than 7 days prior to the election. (Postmarked applications cannot be accepted.) - January 29 through February 3 – Early Voting Period
(At designated polling locations in Morris County. View a list of designated polling locations in Morris County at www.morriscountynj.gov.) - February 4 – Last Day for In-Person Mail-in-Ballot Applications
(By 3:00 pm at Morris County Board of Elections – Morristown) - Mail-in-Ballots
May be sent via USPS (must be postmarked no later than Thursday, February 5)
May be dropped into a Ballot Box – there is one located in front of the Municipal Building and at 30 other locations throughout Morris County Ballot Drop Box Locations – Morris County, NJ (must be dropped off before 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 5) - February 5 – Special Primary Election Day
