RESOLUTION 26-01

RESOLUTION OF THE RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP BOARD OF HEALTH, MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, TO ESTABLISH A SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH DURING THE YEAR OF 2026.

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq, known as the "Open Public Meetings Act" requires that all public bodies of the State of New Jersey provide adequate notices to the public of its intended meetings.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Health to discuss or act upon public business during the calendar year 2026 at 7:00 PM, prevailing time at the Board’s discretion. Meetings will be held on the following dates:

January   12 February 09*March 09April 13May 11*June 08July and August - No meetingsSeptember 08October no meeting**November 09*December 14

Meetings held in person shall take place at the Randolph Township Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, New Jersey. Certified copies of said resolution shall, within seven (7) working days of its adoption, be forwarded to the West Morris Reporter, the official newspaper designated by the Randolph Township Council.

A certified copy of this said resolution shall be maintained on file with the Office of the Clerk of the Township of Randolph and be posted and maintained throughout the "year of 2026" on the bulletin board located in the hallway outside the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.

A certified copy of this said resolution shall be mailed to any person requesting notices of meetings of the Board of Health pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-19 and who has paid the required fee for such notice.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Health of the Township of Randolph, Morris County that the West Morris Reporter be designated as the official newspaper for the year 2026.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Randolph Township Council has scheduled a Special Council Meeting on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. to consider the authorization of a revised mediation agreement with Fair Share Housing Center regarding fourth round housing element and fair share plan.

The meeting will be held at the Randolph Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ. The meeting will be open to the public and formal action may be taken on any and all items that come before the Council.
