Affordable Housing Compliance Hearing

A “Fairness and Preliminary Compliance Hearing” will be held on March 31, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Stephan C. Hansbury, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Morris County Courthouse, Washington & Court Streets, Morristown, New Jersey 07963 to consider the proposed Settlement Agreement between the Township of Randolph (“Township”) and Fair Share Housing Center in the Mount Laurel action entitled In the Matter of the Application of the Township of Randolph, Docket No. MRS-L-1640-15.
Due to the pandemic, this hearing will take place through virtual technology adopted for use by the court.
