Community Wellness Survey

In an effort to determine how to best serve the community, the Randolph Township Municipal Alliance Committee (MAC) is asking for residents to complete the “Community Wellness Survey.”
Please click on the below link to participate in this short survey (approximately 3 minutes) on substance abuse issues in our town. The survey is anonymous and participants may elect not to answer every question.
The compiled survey data will help our MAC members assess needs, refine goals and objectives, and measure change regarding current alcohol and drug prevention programs. Thank you in advance for your time!
