Coronavirus Information Update

Thank you for continuing to stay home as much as possible and maintaining social distance when you are out. Together our community will get through this health emergency. We appreciate your support and patience. Below is a summary of the most recent information/actions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CONFIRMED CASES
As of today, there are 37,505 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in New Jersey, 1,800 of which are in Morris County. Fourteen new cases in Randolph were confirmed, bringing the total to 96. Of the 96 cases, seventeen households have more than one individual. Six individuals are currently hospitalized. All individuals considered to be close contacts of the confirmed cases are in the process of being reached and asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Our thoughts and prayers continue for the families of the two residents who died this past week.

Five of the cases and one of the fatalities included in the above numbers are associated with long-term care facilities. Three of the six individuals currently hospitalized are residents of these facilities.
