STATE INFORMATION
Today Governor Murphy signed Executive Order No. 183 permitting food and beverage establishments to offer in-person service at indoor areas provided they follow the NJ Department of Health’s guidelines including limiting the number of patrons in indoor areas to 25% of the establishment’s indoor capacity. Executive Order No. 183 also permits movie theaters, performing arts centers and other concert venues to open their indoor spaces to the public subject to specific requirements including limiting the number of patrons to 25% of the stated maximum capacity or no more than 150 persons. The order takes effect at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020.
