Economic Development Committee Recognizes Local Businesses

At the Randolph Country Fair held on Saturday, September 25, 2021, the Randolph Township Economic Development Committee (EDC) presented two local establishments with awards at its annual Business Achievement Award program. The 2021 award winners were NJ Pest Control and Brightview Senior Living.
The Randolph EDC has been recognizing local businesses through its awards program annually for over 30 years. To be considered for the award, businesses must have been located in Randolph for a minimum of three months, exhibited ethical and responsible business practices, and either have recently constructed or expanded their business headquarters and/or demonstrated their commitment to the community through civic engagement and support.
This year, the committee was presented with two such candidates; NJ Pest Control and Brightview Senior Living.

For the last 20 years, NJ Pest Control has been committed to providing effective and environmentally friendly pest control for residential and commercial properties. NJ Pest Control was founded in Randolph, NJ in 2001 by Gulf War U.S. Navy Veteran, Russ Sieb. NJ Pest Control strives to be the best exterminator on wood-destroying insects to protect the community from huge financial losses. They aim to provide honest, reliable and ethical pest and nuisance wildlife solutions in northern New Jersey. NJ Pest Control contributes to the community by supporting various groups and events including many of Randolph’s recreational programs and donating services to the Randolph Rescue Squad. In addition, NJ Pest Control has given discounts to military, police and fire personnel as well as United States veterans.

Brightview Senior Living of Randolph, the fifth Brightview community in New Jersey, features independent living apartments with services and resort-like amenities as well as dedicated assisted living apartments and the innovative Wellspring Village neighborhood for dementia care. Brightview Senior Living in Randolph focuses on five elements of wellness called SPICE: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural, and Emotional for seniors. The staff at Brightview Senior Living is committed to providing unparalleled customer care for seniors both physically and emotionally. Brightview Senior Living contributes to the community by supporting various groups and events. They have been active in raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association, participated in Toys 4 Tots toy drives, adoption events with 11th Hour Rescue, as well as having worked with many first responders and veterans’ groups.
The EDC, along with the mayor and township council, are pleased to congratulate these businesses for their continued contributions to Randolph Township.
