Free Osteoporosis Exercise Program

Project Healthy Bones (PHB) is a 24-week osteoporosis prevention exercise program for Randolph residents.
An orientation for new participants will be held Thursday, October 11, 2018 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Randolph Township Community Center (30 Calais Road). The program will then meet weekly for 1.5 hours per session at the center, beginning October 25, 2018.
Attendees will partake in a physical workout during each meeting as well as participate in educational sessions on topics including ways to increase calcium, proper body mechanics and proper usage of osteoporosis medications.
The program is free but registration is required. To register, call the Randolph Township Health Department at 973.537.7125.
