Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Expo

The Randolph Municipal Alliance Committee (MAC) is proud to present the premier of a community-wide family event showcase for healthy living.

This free, public event will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the community center (30 Calais Road). It will feature a variety of programs and resources for family physical and mental well-being. Area businesses and organizations will be exhibiting throughout the facility on various techniques and new ideas for all to explore. Highlights will include participation demonstrations of mindfulness yoga and meditation; mini boot camp session and other fitness programs; healthy eating and cooking demonstration; group activities in the area such as bike clubs, community garden club, and more.
