Informational Display on Ticks & Mosquitoes

Posted: June 26, 2018

Courtesy of the Morris County Division of Mosquito Control, the Randolph Township Health Department will have an informational display on how to protect yourself, your family and your pets from ticks and mosquitoes.

The display may be viewed in the foyer of town hall from Monday, July 2 through Friday, July 6, 2018 during business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (The municipal building will be closed on Wednesday, July 4.)

Tick and mosquito season is in full swing; the Asian tiger mosquito and other mosquitoes prefer to lay eggs in containers such as old tires, flower pot saucers, buckets, and even something as small as bottle caps. The best way to control mosquitoes is to eliminate standing water on your property.
