NJHC Community Voice Survey

The Randolph Township Health Department has partnered with the North Jersey Health Collaborative (NJHC) to provide residents with the opportunity to share what health looks like in their neighborhood.
The NJHC is a group of more than 150 organizations working together to create healthy communities and healthy people. Every three years, the NJHC tries to figure out what topics to focus on to improve health across northern New Jersey. To make sure they are choosing the topics that really matter, they are asking residents to share their opinions and experiences.
The survey is easy to complete and only takes about 12 minutes. Your answers are completely confidential and it’s up to you whether or not you want to share your voice. By completing the survey, you can also enter for a chance to win $100 or the grand prize…a football signed by the New York Jets!
