Osteoporosis Exercise Program

Are you over age 50 and have osteoporosis or are at risk of developing the condition? Do you want to improve your strength, balance and flexibility? Do you want to learn more about osteoporosis?
Project Healthy Bones (PHB) exercise program is a 24-week osteoporosis prevention exercise program for Randolph residents.
An orientation for new participants will be held Thursday, September 12, 2019 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Randolph Township Community Center (30 Calais Road). The program will then meet weekly from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the center, beginning September 26, 2019.
Attendees will partake in a physical workout during each meeting as well as participate in educational sessions on topics including ways to increase calcium, proper body mechanics and proper usage of osteoporosis medications.
