Randolph Skate Park Closure

For the public’s safety, the Randolph Park Skate Park is now closed until further notice.

The township’s insurance carrier identified the need for significant renovations to maintain user safety and to limit the township’s liability. As a result, the equipment has been removed and access to the area is no longer permitted.

Insurance requirements have become more stringent since the initial installation of the skate park in the early 2000s. To follow current insurance standards, the skate park needs its equipment replaced, the asphalt resurfaced, and new higher fencing installed. The township will be discussing and planning the future of this area.
