Artworks Studio Employment

Artworks Studio, a program within the Randolph Township Parks & Recreation Department offering fine arts instruction year-round, looks to fill teaching and assistant positions throughout the year. Our seasonal class sessions, workshops and summer camps are for ages pre-K through adult. The studio’s teaching staff is invested in the quality, management and future planning of all our programs. Salary is determined by level of experience and paid at an hourly rate. We are always looking for workshop ideas and instructors also. Artworks Studio - Classroom Assistants 2022-2023

Assistants work alongside classroom teachers and assist children with art projects. Assistants help in the set up and clean-up of classroom and used supplies. Assistants work 2 hours per class.

• Ages 14+, college and adult age
• Classes occur after school hours and weekends from September to June.
• Students in classes vary by age, ranging from Pre-K to grade 9.
• Pay: high school students $14/hour, college age and adults $16/hour

Artworks Studio - Summer 2023 Camp Assistants

Assistants have fun working alongside art instructors helping children with art projects, supervising campers during breaks and assisting in set up and clean-up of studios each day. Assistants will be assigned to whichever camp weeks they are available to work. If interested, summer assistants have the opportunity to continue assisting our classes during the upcoming school year too.

• Ages 14+ through college age
• Each camp consists of 5 days, Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. half day camps or 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. full day camps.
• Camps will run from the end of June through the end of July, and perhaps 1 or 2 weeks in August. Exact dates TBD.
• Pay: high school students $14/hour, college students $16/hour
