Article III. Numbering of Building and Lots

Sec. 12-64. Duty of owner or occupant to properly display assigned number.

The number assigned to each building pursuant to this article shall be displayed by the owner or occupant on the front of the building or in the front yard of the lot on which the building stands in numerals of such size not less than three inches in height and so located as to be clearly visible to persons passing by the premises on the abutting street.
