It is important to know that the township prohibits any excavation of newly repaved streets for a five-year time frame. Accordingly, if you are contemplating a tie-in to any underground utilities or sump pumps to the storm drain, you must act immediately. Additionally, if water is discharged from your property to the road, you must take corrective action and discharge this water to a township storm basin. If you need to open the road after it has been paved, you will be required to pay a surcharge plus the road opening fee. Should you have any questions, please contact the Engineering Department at (973) 989-7066.

The paving of these roads should take approximately two weeks to complete, weather permitting. As the summer progresses, please check out our website (www.randolphnj.org) and social media for more specific dates for the milling and paving of these streets.

Your garbage and/or recycling may be impacted by the paving of your street. Blue Diamond will make every effort to pick up so you must have your garbage and/or recycling out the night before your scheduled day and Blue Diamond will pick up on your street before 6:00am.

We thank you for your cooperation and patience during this project. Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconveniences that may be experienced. This tentative schedule is subject to change. We will do our best to complete the paving in a timely manner.
