Please note: An Ordinance of the Township of Randolph Appropriating $102,000 from the General Capital Improvement Fund for Various Improvements to Municipal Properties and for the Purchase of a Replacement Maintenance Utility Vehicle and Associated Equipment for the Buildings and Grounds Department.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows:
The funding for improvements to municipal property, including but not limited to the purchase and installation of two sheds, improvements to the maintenance garage in Brundage Park and the refurbishment of the Community Center generator is hereby authorized in an amount not to exceed $45,000 and for the purchase of a replacement maintenance utility vehicle and associated equipment for the Buildings and Grounds Department is hereby authorized not to exceed $57,000. The total sum of $102,000 is authorized for municipal property improvements and vehicle replacement from General Capital Improvement Fund.
The capital budget of the Township is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance to the extent of any inconsistency herewith.
This ordinance shall take effect 10 days after the first publication thereof after final adoption.
