From the Chief

Chief Will HarzulaOn behalf of the police officers of the Randolph Township Police Department, I would like to welcome you to our website and say, "Thank You" for taking the time to learn about our organization. I'm honored to have the privilege to serve this community and lead this police department. I invite you to browse our website and familiarize yourself with the various ongoing steps we are taking to demonstrate our department's commitment, dedication, and professionalism to the community we serve. My hope is that these pages provide the information about the services offered by this agency, but more importantly, a place where we can improve the communication between the Randolph Township Police Department and the citizens we serve.

The Randolph Township Police Department is steeped in both history and tradition, and I am proud to be one of those officers that are a reflection of the high professional standards that are second to none throughout the law enforcement community of Morris County and around the state of New Jersey. Our training, our level of service and our commitment is something that every officer in the department takes pride in, and as Chief, I pledge to do my best to keep that reputation intact.

As your Chief of Police, I am committed to fostering, building, and maintaining positive iron clad relationships with the community by providing the most accountable, transparent, and successful law enforcement agency possible. I intend to be accessible, visible, and accountable to this community. Under nationally accredited standards, I will empower the officers of this agency to act on and be a part of the collaboration process of innovation in strengthening the ties that bind this community together. In turn, I call upon the Randolph Township community to help us create a town where our actions, our policies, and our voices are united toward a common goal of ensuring that Randolph Township remains a safe place to live, work, and visit.
