Please note: An Ordinance of the Township of Randolph Amending Capital Ordinance #10-19
- WHEREAS, Capital Ordinance #10-19 was introduced on April 18, 2019 and adopted on May 2, 2019; and
- WHEREAS, this ordinance includes, among other authorizations, an authorization for a utility truck for the Randolph Township Rescue Squad in the amount of $100,000; and
- WHEREAS, it is the Rescue Squad's desire to utilize the $100,000 appropriation originally designated for a single utility truck to acquire two (2) vehicles including a mid-size utility vehicle and a full-sized pick-up truck for use by the Rescue Squad; and
- WHEREAS, there will be no changes to the amount originally authorized; and
- NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris and State of New Jersey that Ordinance #10-19 be amended to utilize the funds to purchase two vehicles for the Rescue Squad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with applicable statutes.

Ordinance No. 15-23
Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance of the Township of Randolph Amending Capital Ordinance #10-19", was submitted in writing at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Randolph, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on June 6, 2023, and was introduced, read by title, and passed on first reading. A Statement of Purpose of the Ordinance is contained below. The Governing Body of the Township of Randolph will further consider the Ordinance for second reading and final passage thereof at their regular meeting to be held on June 29, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869, at which time and place a public hearing will be heard thereon by the Governing Body and all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance.
Statement of Purpose of Ordinance
The purpose of the above Ordinance is to amend Capital Ordinance No. 10-19 in order to utilize the originally appropriated funds designated to purchase one utility truck to purchase two vehicles for the Rescue Squad. A copy of the full Ordinance is available to any member of the general public, without cost, at the Township of Randolph, Municipal Building, Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey, at the Office of the Township Clerk, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
